Caolan’s 15 years as a Strategist, Copywriter, and Producer have lead to a track record of leading teams and brands across as many countries. He has built high-performing creative and marketing teams for global clients, including American Express, British Airways, Nike, Gore-Tex, and ON, transforming underperforming teams into award-winning studios.

In 2023, Caolan founded Hunter Global, a cross-border advisory practice., to help global teams overcome cultural friction, improve trust, and accelerate collaboration. The company has already delivered engagements across Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia, including coworking hubs, universities, and corporate clients.

With Master’s Degrees from both Columbia University and the University of East Anglia, Caolan is adept at guiding brands through change, while maintaining a sharp focus on business growth. His journey has been marked by awards like D&AD’s Future Impact Design and interviews in Monocle cementing his influence as a leader in the field.
